Do you clean the outside of the windows?
Yes, we can provide exterior window cleaning, but this is not included in our standard end of tenancy cleaning service. If you’d like full window cleaning, we can add it as an extra service at a discounted rate when booked together.
Is oven cleaning included in the service?
Yes, oven cleaning is included as part of our end of tenancy cleaning. We thoroughly clean inside and outside of the oven using professional-grade cleaning products to remove grease and grime.
Do you clean carpets and upholstery?
All carpets and upholstered furniture will be vacuumed as part of the standard service. If you require professional carpet or upholstery steam cleaning, you can add it as an optional service at a discounted rate.
Do I need to defrost my fridge and freezer before the cleaning?
Yes, for the best results, we recommend defrosting your fridge and freezer at least 24 hours before the service. If the freezer is still frozen when we arrive, we may not be able to clean it properly.
How many cleaners will be sent to my property?
The number of cleaners depends on the size of the property. We send as many technicians as needed to complete the cleaning efficiently and to the highest standard.
What if something gets damaged during the cleaning?
Our team is trained and careful, but in the unlikely event of any damage, we are fully insured, and you will receive appropriate compensation.
What if I’m not satisfied or something was missed?
We strive for 100% satisfaction, but if anything is missed, simply notify us within 48 hours, and we’ll send a team back to re-clean the area at no extra charge.
Do I need to pay a deposit before the cleaning?
No, we do not require a deposit. Payment is made upon completion of the job, after the final inspection. If you prefer, you can pay in advance via card payment.
Will I have to pay for parking or congestion charges?
If free parking is not available, the customer is responsible for covering parking fees for the duration of the cleaning. If your property is inside the London Congestion Charge zone, this cost will also need to be covered, unless the service is booked for a weekend or bank holiday when charges do not apply.
Can the cleaning be done while I’m away?
Yes, we can clean the property even if you’re not there. You just need to arrange key collection and drop-off in advance. Payments can also be made online or via bank transfer.
Do I need to prepare anything before the cleaning?
We recommend that the property is empty before cleaning. If this is not possible, please place your personal belongings in one area (e.g., on a bed or inside a wardrobe) so they don’t obstruct the cleaning process.
